I’ve done portrait sessions before, but this was probably the first time I actually liked the experience as much as the photos. Roy has a very calm confidence around the camera that makes you stop overthinking yourself after a while. He gives just enough direction without making anything feel forced, so nothing came across overly posed or awkward, and the whole session moved really naturally. The final portraits felt sharp, personal, and honestly looked like the version of myself I see in my head but never really manage to capture in photos.
